Arrival and departure
The apartment is on arrival from 15.00 clock free of charge. Please let us know your expected arrival time a few days before arrival. The key collection takes place after individual arrangement.
The apartment is on departure day until 10.00 o’clock broom clean to leave. The dishes must be returned to the cupboards clean, the beds do not have to be taken off.
Please clean the tiles and the shower enclosure after showering.
If possible, leave the window tilted for ventilation.
In the shower and toilet no hygiene products, waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured, otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur.
Dogs must be showered outdoors. There is a hot shower, a dog bath and shampoo available.
Beds and dog baskets
Our 4 beds are for the people, for the dogs we have baskets. The dogs are not allowed to sleep in the beds due to other guests. Baskets may be in the bedrooms.
We provide you with sheets for the duration of your stay. You do not need to deduct the salary before your departure.
In the apartment additional blankets are available. These are intended only for home and garden. Please do not take the blankets on tour, there is a picnic blanket in the cabinet in the hallway. The table in the living room also has two large black blankets for dogs. Please throw in the laundry basket after use.
The cost of final cleaning is compensated with the increased cost of the first night. They are calculated for a normal cleaning effort. If there are still heavy soiling on departure, they will be billed at cost.
If a mishap happens (such as extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces), we ask that you rectify this immediately. Broom, dustpan, hand brush, mop and bucket can be found in the cabinet in the bedroom, cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom.
We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to give the dishes clean again in the closets, we like to take off the beds ourselves.
No one deliberately damages things, but it can happen that something is damaged or broken. Please report the damage immediately, so that we do not notice this after your departure at the end of the cleaning.
The guest is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement cost.
Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that all fellow travelers, 2- or 4-ply, comply with the rental conditions.
The entrance door should always be closed. Similarly, all windows when leaving the apartment are too close to avoid possible damage due to weather or burglary.
The garden gate must be closed constantly.
Garden and terraces
We ask you to treat the garden furniture with care as well as to bring in pillows and blankets in the evening or in the rain. You are welcome to distribute the furniture according to your needs.
Please always make sure that the garden gate is closed to the street.
Although the garden is completely fenced, we do not take responsibility for dogs who have fled. Please do not leave your dogs in the garden without supervision.
Please never give the keys out of hand. A loss of the key is to be reported immediately. The guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Please handle the kitchen equipment and the technical equipment with care. If you need operating instructions, you will find some operating instructions in the upper kitchen drawer. You can also ask us, ring one floor higher at two-seven.de.
Please only put crockery, cutlery, pots and utensils back in the cupboards when they are clean.
No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, fats or the like may be thrown or poured into the sink, as otherwise unpleasant blockages may occur.
For emergencies, a small medicine bag is available, which you will find in the bathroom.
There is a parking space available on our property (there is no custody agreement), also can be parked directly in front of the apartment on the roadside.
In case of loss or damage on the property parked or shunted vehicles and their contents, the landlord is not liable, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Please note that during the seasons of the year there may be contamination or damage from flowers or fruit of the chestnut tree and park your car accordingly at the roadside.
In the sense of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the following rest periods:
- Monday to Saturday from 22.00 to 7.00
- Sundays and public holidays from 22.00 to 9.00
The garbage should be separated according to:
- Packaging material acc. orange recycling bin (all packaging with the green dot, no leftovers)
- Residual waste (leftover food and anything that does not fall under the other categories)
Bin bags are available. There are also baskets for paper and “yellow garbage” in the kitchen. Outside the gate you will find the appropriate barrels for glass, “yellow garbage”, paper, residual waste and biowaste.
Smoking is prohibited in our apartment. It is possible to smoke on the terraces, please do not dispose of the remains in the garden but in the ashtrays and later in the residual waste.
Towels / dog towels
We provide you with towels and dog towels for the duration of your stay. If the laid out towels are not enough, you can get more.
To avoid mold, we kindly ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.
